    I had a great value for my money with a comfortable room that had a nice view and a powerful shower. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to relax by the pool even after check-out.

    The Novotel in Arica was awesome. The hotel had a fine interior design, and the comfortable bed provided a peaceful and noise-free sleep. The staff were friendly and even spoke English with me.     We loved everything about this hotel! It had great hotel facilities and was very clean, with comfortable beds for a peaceful sleep. The hotel staff was very attentive and spoke great English. the location was perfect, right beside the beach and close to plenty of restaurants. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided.

    Nothing that we didn't like.

    The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. the bed was very comfortable and gave us a peaceful sleep without any noise disturbance. the staff were very nice and friendly, helping us with transport arrangements. the hotel interior fit out is stunning, and the in-house restaurant was great for breakfast and lunch/dinner.

    One thing that could have been better was the view from our room.

    Incredible service and comfort!

    I spent my New Year break at a hotel that surpassed my expectations. The staff was extremely attentive and made me feel right at home. The comfortable bed gave me the most peaceful sleep I've had in a while. The hotel's prime location was a huge plus - it was a stone's throw away from the beach and nice restaurants. I also loved the beautiful fit-out of the hotel, which made me feel like royalty.

    To be honest, I couldn't find anything to dislike about this hotel. The service was impeccable and the facilities were top-notch.
